摘要: 中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司与中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司合作开发了循环水电化学处理成套工艺技术,并在大榭石化4 000 m3/h循环水场进行了工业应用。电化学技术投用后,实现了该循环水系统高浓缩倍数(≥6.0)运行,补水率降低0.54%,年节约新鲜水19.9万t,同时减少了缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、杀菌剂等药剂用量,年直接经济效益100多万元。

Abstract: A complete set of electrochemical treatment technology for circulating water system has been developed cooperatively by CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. and CenerTech Tianjin Chemical Research and Des-ign Institute Co.,Ltd.,and its industrial application to the 4 000 m3/h Circulating Water Reservoir of Daxie Petroch-emical Co.,Ltd. accomplished. After the technology has been put into use,the operation of high-concentration rate(≥ 6.0) of the circulating water system is achieved,the rate of make-up water is decreased by 0.54%,and 199,000 tons of fresh water saved annually. At the same time,the dosages of chemicals,such as corrosion inhibitors,scale inhibitors,bactericides,etc. are decreased. The direct profits per year is more than RMB ¥1,000,000.
