稀土修饰铁碳材料对糖蜜酒精废水处理效果的研究

Study on the treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater by rare earth modified iron-carbon material

摘要:

采用还原铁粉、碳粉、稀土铈及黏结剂等为原料混合制成的Ce-Fe/C复合材料深度处理糖蜜酒精废水,研究了铁碳质量比、稀土铈添加量以及废水处理时间等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:以铁碳质量比为5:1,稀土铈添加质量分数为7%制备的Ce-Fe/C复合材料处理糖蜜酒精废水,当反应时间为150 min时,色度去除率达98%以上,COD去除率达70%以上。对制备的复合材料的表征结果表明,稀土元素Ce有效地掺杂到Fe/C材料的晶格中,提高了Fe/C材料的性能。

Abstract:

The Ce-Fe/C composites prepared by mixing reduced iron powder, carbon powder, rare earth cerium and binder were used to deeply treat the molasses alcohol wastewater. The iron-carbon mass ratio, the amount of rare earth cerium added and the treatment time of wastewater on the treatment effect were studied, respectively. The results showed that when the Ce-Fe/C composite prepared with the mass ratio of iron to carbon of 5:1 and the rare earth cerium addition of 7% was used to treat the molasses alcohol wastewater, the chroma removal rate was over 98%, and the COD removal rate was over 70% for the reaction time of 150 min. The characterization results of the prepared composites showed that the rare earth element Ce was effectively doped into the lattice of the Fe/C material, which improved the performance of the Fe/C material.
