摘要:

对盐厂副产品粉盐进行了研究,根据粉盐的化学成分,开发出新型酸性再生剂来代替传统的工业用盐,用于钠离子交换树脂的再生。研究表明,采用该再生剂再生钠离子交换树脂,可避免树脂被Fe3+、Al3+污染,且对已中毒树脂具有一定的复苏效果。

Abstract:

The by-product powdered salt in the salt factory has been analyzed.The evaluation of the screen and quantity of its additive has been carried out based on the composition of powdered salt and the actual effect of newly produced acidic regenerative reagent have been tested.Hence a newly developed regenerative reagent can displace the traditional industrial salt to be used as a regenerative reagent for sodium ionic exchange resin,and to removal the pollution of iron and aluminum ions in the regenerating process.And,the poisoned cationic ionic exchange resin can be resuscitated.It has both good economic and social benefits.
