摘要:

提出了废弃反渗透膜元件拆卸刷洗及其后处理的概念。分析了拆洗元件完整性及透盐透水性能指标。证明了拆洗元件应归属于纳滤膜的范畴,指出了拆洗元件的经济技术价值及其工程应用环境。

Abstract:

Concepts of the teardown washing of the abandoned reverse osmosis(RO)membrane elements are put forward.The teardown washing and its surface treatment are introduced.The integrality of the teardown elements and their salt penetration and water penetration performanced of the treated elements are analyzed.The capabilities of the treated elements are testified to be higher or lower than the desaltation rate of nano-filtration membrane.The technical and economic values of treated elements and the applicable fields of the elements are pointed out.
