摘要:

采用物化(电催化氧化、铁炭微电解)预处理高、中浓度混合废水后,利用厌氧+两级A/O工艺处理综合废水,处理量为300 m3/d。运行实践表明:物化预处理对COD 的去除率为32%,整个工艺处理后出水COD 低于500 mg/L,氨氮低于35 mg/L,盐分低于0.6%,出水水质达到接管要求,工艺处理效果明显。

Abstract:

After the physicochemical pretreatment process(electrochemical oxidation,ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis)was used for the pretreatment of the wastewater with mixed high and medium concentrations,the anaerobic+two-stage A/O process has been used for the treatment of comprehensive wastewater. The designed treatment capacity is 300 m3/d. The operation results show that by physicochemical pretreatment the removing rate of COD could reach 32%,and the whole process treated effluent COD is lower than 500 mg/L,ammonia-nitrogen lower than 35 mg/L,and salinity lower than 0.6%. The water quality of the effluent can meet the take-over requirements. The effect of technological treatment is obvious.
