摘要:

采用两级氧化法处理某离子型稀土矿原地浸矿开采方式所产生的低浓度氨氮废水,处理效果非常稳定,出水氨氮在15 mg/L以下,完全满足《稀土工业污染物排放标准》(GB 26451-2011)表2排放标准。详细介绍了该方法的原理、工艺、特点及主要设备参数,该方法具有处理效果稳定、操作简单方便、占地面积小、系统建设周期短、自动化程度高等特点。

Abstract:

The two-stage oxidation process was used to treat low-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced by in-situ leaching from an ionic rare earth mine. The treatment effect was very stable. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent was below 15 mg/L, which fully meets the discharge standard in Table 2 of the Emission Standard for Rare Earth Industrial Pollutants(GB 26451-2011). The principle, process, characteristics and main equipment parameters of this method were introduced in detail. This method has the characteristics of stable treatment effect, simple and convenient operation, small footprint, short system construction period and high automation.
