Study on modified bentonite enhanced by microwave and the adsorption of phosphor in wastewater

摘要

通过微波辐射法制备羟基铝改性膨润土吸附剂,研究了改性膨润土对废水中磷的吸附性能和影响因素。结果表明:在改性膨润土中铝土比为6mmol/g,微波功率为480W,辐射时间8min条件下,改性的膨润土对磷的去除效果良好。在溶液pH为7及常温条件下,投加改性膨润土质量浓度6mg/L,反应时间15min,处理磷质量浓度为50mg/L的含磷废水,磷去除率达到97.3%。

Abstract

By means of microwave radiation, hydroxy-Aluminum modified bentonite adsorbent has been prepared. The influential factors of modified bentonite on the adsorbent capacity of phosphor in wastewater are studied. The results show that when Al/bentonite ratio is 6 mmol/g, microwave power 480 W, and microwave radiation time 8 min, the adsorption efficiency of phosphor is very good. When pH is 7, at normal temperature and modified bentonite dosage 6 mg/L, reaction time 15 min, the removal rate of phosphor from the wastewater whose phosphor concentration is 50 mg/L reaches 97.3%.
