摘要

进行了Gaia-BAF工艺处理高浓度冷轧废水的研究,根据实验不断优化工艺,确定最佳实验条件。研究表明,在连续进水条件下,HRT分别为10h和20h时Gaia-BAF工艺对主要污染物COD的去除率分别达到92.2%和90.4%,对氨氮的去除率分别为96.3%和96.8%。在相同的进水条件下,HRT为10h时Gaia-BAF出水COD低于接触氧化池(HRT>20h)出水,氨氮和色度与接触氧化池出水基本持平。

Abstract

The effect of Hangang cold-rolling wastewater treatment by Gaia-BAF technology has been studied. The running parameters are optimized according to the experimental data. The research shows that under the continuously influent water conditions and when the hydraulic retention time is 10 h and 20 h respectively, the average removal rates of COD of the main pollutants by Gaia-BAF technology reach 92.2% and 90.4% respectively, and the average removal rates of ammonia-nitrogen reach 96.3% and 96.8%. Under the same influent water conditions, when the hydraulic retention time is 10 h, the removal rate of effluent water COD by Gaia-BAF technology is better than the effluent water in biological contact oxidation tank (hydraulic retention time is longer than 20 h). The ammonianitrogen and chroma are basically the same as in biological contact oxidation tank.
