Cultivation of aerobic granular sludge with the wastewater from industrial park

摘要

以盐仓工业园区废水为原水,在序批式反应器(SBR)中培养好氧颗粒污泥。结果表明:该工业园区废水中可以实现好氧污泥颗粒化,且颗粒密实,但形状不规则;经过70 d运行后,反应器中污泥SVI10达到26 mL/g,颗粒化率为80%,颗粒的粒径主要在0.3~0.5 mm之间;颗粒污泥成熟后,好氧颗粒污泥反应器对COD的去除率为73%~80%、色度去除率90%~95%,出水水质(COD、色度)优于该污水处理厂的出水。

Abstract

Aerobic granular sludge has been used as raw water to cultivate aerobic granular sludge in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR). The results show that aerobic sludge granulation can be achieved with the wastewater from Yancang Industrial Park. The aerobic granules are dense,but irregular in shape. After running for 70 d,the SVI10 of the sludge in the reactor reaches 26 mL/g and the aerobic granulation in reactor is 80%,respectively. The diameter of granules are mainly between 0.3~0.5 mm. After the sludge becomes matured,the average removal rates of COD and chroma by using the aerobic granular sludge in the reactor are 73%~80% and 90%~95%, respectively. The effluent quality (COD and chroma) from the granular sludge SBR is better than that from the wastewater treatment plant.
