摘要

通过荧光光谱法、静态阻垢法和旋转挂片法对含萘胺荧光基团的羧酸盐聚合物进行了性能评价。实验结果表明,该荧光标记聚合物的荧光强度与其浓度呈现一定的线性关系,并且具有良好的阻碳酸钙垢能力,与市售的马丙共聚物的性能相当,稍差于PBTCA。与BTA等其他缓蚀剂复配为无磷缓蚀配方后,在云南某水域的水质环境下,对黄铜有较好的缓蚀效果,最高缓蚀率超过98%。

Abstract

The performance of the carboxylate polymer containing naphthalamine fluorescence radical group has been evaluated by means of fluorescent spectrum,static scale inhibition and rotation specimen methods. The results indicate that a definite linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and concentration of the fluorescence traced polymer is shown,and it has very good calcium carbonate scale inhibiting capacity. Its performance is corresponding to that of maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymers in markets,and is a bit inferior to PBTCA. After it has combined with BTA and other corrosion inhibitors and formed inorganic phosphorus corrosion inhibition prescription,and in the water quality environment of a water area in Yunnan Province,it has pretty good corrosion inhibiting effect on brass,the highest corrosion inihbiting rate is higher than 98%.
