水处理剂1227活性物含量测定方法的改进

现行行业标准采用滴定法测定水处理剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)活性物的质量分数时,液相容易产生结块,导致滴定终点难以判断、活性物质量分数的测定值偏低。实验发现,升高样品溶液的温度,测定过程中结块现象得到明显好转,尤其是通过加入适当分散剂可以减少结块产生,终点易判断。结果表明,所得改进测定法提高了分析结果的准确性,可供标准修订时参考。

When the titration determination of the active matter content in water treatment agent dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227) is conducted according to the present industrial trade standard,the liquid phase is easy to agglomerate,and thus,difficult to judge the end-point of titration. Furthermore,the measured value of the active matter content is on the low side. It is found that increasing the temperature of sample solution can improve the agglomeration remarkably in the course of determination,and adding adequate dispersant can decrease the agglomeration and make it easier to make judgement. The results show that the improvement obtained increases the accuracy of the analytical results,providing reference for standard recension.
