摘要

进行了纤维滤料地下水除铁中试研究,试验结果表明纤维滤料具有成熟期短(14d)、除铁效率高的特点。在滤速为20m/s时能将原水中Fe从11.6 mg/L去除至0.3mg/L以下。三价铁是影响出水水质的重要因素,应减少曝气后停留时间及控制曝气量以减少滤前三价铁的含量。分析了纤维滤料除铁的机理及特点,确定了纤维滤料过滤器合适的反冲洗强度及步骤。

Abstract

The full-scale experimental study on iron removal from groundwater by fiber filtering media has been made.The results showed that fiber filtering media had shorter 'mature period' of 14 d and higher efficacy of iron removal.Iron in the groundwater could be removed from 11.6 mg/L to 0.3 mg/L and below.Fe3+ concentration is an important factor which influences the iron removal effect.Reducing retention period after aeration and controlling aeration rate are needed to reduce Fe3+ concentration before filters.The mechanism and characteristics of iron removal by fiber filtering media are discussed.The wash steps and suitable washing rate of fiber filters are put forward.
