摘要

为了提高电厂锅炉水处理的质量及效率,保证锅炉等设备安全、经济运行,采用Modicon TSX Micro系列PLC作为实时控制核心,以Eview MT500系列触摸屏及EasyBuilder 500软件编程实现对控制系统的上位监控,组成整个电厂锅炉补给水处理过程自动控制系统。为了提高系统的鲁棒性和自适应能力,对局部重要环节引入了基于神经网络的智能控制方法。经现场调试,该系统较好的实现了各项控制要求,提高了生产效率,现已投入运行。

Abstract

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of boiler water treatment in power plants,and assure that the boiler runs safely and economically,Modicon TSX Micro system is used as the core of the real-time control.The upper monitor of the control system is realized by using Eview MT500 series touching screen and Easy Builder 500 software programming,composing the automatic control system for the boiler make-up water treatment process in the whole power plant.In order to improve the robustness and adaptability of the whole system,the intelligent control based on neural network is introduced to some crucial links.Through the spot debugging,this system has achieved all the controlling requirement satisfactorily,increased the producing efficiency greatly,and has been running successfully.
