通过采用内电解—气浮—水解酸化—SBR工艺对伊顿流体动力(济宁)有限公司机械加工废水进行处理的工程实例,总结了系统的设计、调试和对运行的体会。根据实测,在进水COD_Cr为1500-3000 mg/L条件下,经该系统处理,出水清澈透明,水质指标均达到GB 8978—1996中的一级标准,符合南水北调水质要求。出水COD_Cr均在60 mg/L以下,去除率达到97%以上。

The mechanical processing wastewater of Eaton hydraulics system(Jining) Co.,LTD.is treated by "inner electrolysis-aeration-hydrolyzation & acidification-SBR" technology.Some experiences in design,test and operation of wastewater treatment system are summarized.According to actual instances,after the inletting water(COD_Cr 1500—3000 mg/L) is treated by this system,the clear yielding water quality reaches the primary standard of GB 8978—1996 and agrees to the requirements of South-to-North water transfer.The COD_Cr of all yielding water is under 60 mg/L,and removal ratio of COD_Cr is above 97%.
