摘要

以水玻璃、氯化铁和硼砂等为原料制备了一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂——含硼聚硅氯化铁(PFSCB),探讨了其最佳制备条件,试验了其对造纸废水及焦化废水的絮凝和COD去除效果,并与其他几种絮凝剂进行了性能比较。结果表明,最佳制备条件是n(Fe)∶n(Si)=1.0,n(B)∶n(Si)=0.16,PFSCB具有优良的絮凝性能和除COD效果。

Abstract

A new type of coagulant polymeric ferric silicate-chloride containing boron is prepared by using water glass, ferric chloride and borax as raw materials. Optimal preparation conditions are as follows:n(Fe):n(Si) = 1.0 and n(B):n(Si) = 0.16. And the effectiveness of COD removal and flocculation on the papermaking wastewater and coke plant wastewater is also tested. Compared with the other flocculants,the new flocculant better for COD removal and flocculation.
