Pseudomonus ueruganosa PA - 18 is used to treat PTA wastewater. The effects of different reaction time, temperature and pH on biochemical treatment of PTA wastewater have been investigated by the method of response surface. Moreover, the effects of Co2+, Mn2+ have been studied. As a result, the operation conditions of biochemical treatment of PTA wastewater are optimized.
