电凝聚法处理造纸中段废水的研究

摘要

采用电凝聚法处理造纸中段废水,探讨了影响CODCr<\sub>去除率的各种因素,得出了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:该法可使造纸中段废水的CODCr<\sub>从1264mg/L降至112mg/L,CODCr<\sub>去除率达91.7%。此外,还发现电凝聚法的处理效果优于药剂絮凝法。

Abstract

The factors influencing on the removal rate of CODCr<\sub> are investigated i n treating the papermaking midcourse wastewater by electrolytic flocculation pro cess. The optimal operation condition is obtained. The result shows that the ele ctrolytic flocculation is better than chemical flocculation. After using electro lytic flocculation process, an excellent reduction of CODCr<\sub> from 1 264 mg/L to 1 12 mg/L is found and the removal rate of CODCr<\sub> is 91.7%. Its treatment efficienc y is better than that of chemical flocculation.
