摘要

采用国产超高交联吸附树脂NDA-222处理色酚AS生产过程中排放出的生产废水,取得了良好的吸附-脱附效果。原废水呈深棕红色,TOC(总有机碳)达15500mg/L,经酸析预处理和树脂吸附处理,出水无色透明,TOC质量浓度降低至20mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准。经原废水酸化和高浓度脱附液酸化可回收大量的色酚AS和2,3-酸。该技术先进,操作简单,经济合理,值得在色酚类染料生产废水的治理领域得到应用和推广。

Abstract

The treatment of the industrial wastewater discharged from naphthol AS production by adsorption with NDA - 222 resin has been studied. The efficiency o n adsorption - desorption is excellent. After the treatment of acidification and adsorption, the TOC concentration in the wastewater is decreased from 15 500 mg /L to less than 20 mg/L, which is transparent and decolored, meeting the nationa l standard. A lot of 2,3 - acid and naphthol AS can be recovered by acidificatio n of the raw wastewater and desorptive solutions. According to its perfect effic iency, short process, simple operation, economic and environmental benefits, thi s technology is prospectively applied in the treatment of industrial wastewater of naphthol dyes.
