摘要

铜酞菁废水酸性强、氨氮和Cu2+浓度高、处理难度大。作者采用A/O生物接触氧化对经物化处理后的铜酞菁废水进行了实验研究。实验表明:适当增大硝化液回流比(R)有利于有机氮转化以及硝化和反硝化;增加水力停留时间(HRT)可提高脱碳效率,并促进硝化。在进水CODCr500mg/L,TKN100.8mg/L,R为300%及HRT为50h时,COCr、NH3-N和的去除率可分别达和3TKN91.0%、98.8%98.4%。

Abstract

Phthalocyan ine wastewater has strong acidity,hish NH3一N concentration an d high Cu2+concentration,an d therefore hard to treat. It iS developed to treat phthalocyan ine wastewater after physicochemical treatment by A/o bio-contact oxidation.The results show that the increase of refluence ratio iS favorable for the transformation of organic nitrogen. nitrification and denitrification the augment of HRT could increase the removal eficiency of decarbonization and accelerate the nitrification. When the COD iS 500 mg/L, the refluence ratio iS 300% and HRT is 50 h,the removal eficiency of COD&,NH3一N and TKN Can reach 91.o%,98.8% an d 98.铴,respectively.
