摘要

指出了火力发电厂中,凝汽器铜管在设计、安装、运行、检修等阶段出现的问题,并认为:在设计阶段应做好水源、水质变化的动态预测,合理地确定浓缩倍率,从而正确选型;在安装阶段应对铜管全面检验,对运输、存放、安装、保护等环节加强管理;在运行阶段应开展加药保护,加强日常监测;在检修阶段应重视检查、评价,建立完整的档案,同时介绍了相应的处理、检验方法,提出了做好全过程管理的思路,对于新立项电厂有一定的指导作用,对已投产的电厂也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

The problems occurring in stages,such as design,installation,running,overhaul,etc,have been pointedouL In the design ing stage, the dynamic predictions of water source and the chan ges in water quality should be done well,and the concentration rate should be confirmed rationally,SO as to select the correct type.In the stage of installation,the copper tubes should be inspected completely,and the links such as transportation,storage,installation an d protection should be well managed.In the running stage,the chemical feeding protection should be carried on,and the daily monitors should be reinforced.In the stage of overhaul,attentions should be paid to inspections, evaluations an d the setting up of complete files. At the sanle time, corresponding treating an d inspecting methods are introduced.The ideas about overall management are put forward,giving guidan ce to those newly approved projects and having referential value to the power plants which have been put into production.
