摘要

研究了聚合氯化铝(PAC)和阳离子型聚季铵盐类有机高分子聚合物(BT-02)絮凝处理山东滨州春晓染织集团印染废水的效果,考察了药剂投量、pH值和温度对处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,当PAC或BT-02单独使用时,脱色和COD去除效果不明显,但当PAC与BT-02复配使用时,在较低的投药量情况下,可获得良好的脱色率和COD去除率。pH值和温度对脱色效果有一定的影响,在pH值5∼7的范围内和20℃条件下,可取得最佳脱色效果。

Abstract

Polyaluminum chloride (PAC)and BT-02,polyquaternary ammonium compound are used as flocculams to treat dyeing wastewater from Binzhou Chunxiao Dyeing and Weaving Group,Shandong, China. The effect of the dosage,pH and temperature on coagulation/flocculation for the wastewater is investigated. The results show that the decolorization and COD removal efficiency are not remarkable when PAC or BT-02 is used alone. However, when PAC and BT-02 are used together with lower flocculants dosage,the decolorization and COD removal results are good. The pH and the temperature have some effect on the decolorization efficiency of the flocculants. The best decolorization and COD removal results can be obtained at the conditions of pH range of 5-7 and the temperature of 20℃.
