摘要

以高模数水玻璃、硫酸和硫酸铝为主要原料研制了活性硅酸复合混凝剂SPAS,对油田三次采油废水的混凝处理性能进行了试验研究,并对其混凝机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明:SPAS在较宽的pH范围内对油田三次采油废水具有良好的混凝处理效果,且破乳性能好,其混凝处理效果明显优于PAC和PFS。

Abstract

A new kind of complex coagulant SPAS has been prepared by using fly ash as primary row materials. Tests about its application to the tertiary oil-recovery wastewater in oilfield treatment have been made and the coagulation mechanism has been discussed. The experimental results show that SPAS has a good coagulation effect on the treatment of tertiary oil-recovery wastewater with wide range of pH. The coagulation effect of SPAS has a great advantage over PAC and PFS.
