冷轧薄板循环水处理配方的筛选与应用

摘要

针对冷轧薄板厂循环冷却水水质条件和特点,通过阻垢试验、腐蚀试验及动态模拟试验,筛选出具有较好缓蚀阻垢性能的缓蚀阻垢剂。经过1年的应用,结果表明,试验筛选出的配方具有很好的缓蚀阻垢性能。

Abstract

Aiming at the water quality conditions of circulating cooling water and its characteristics in cold rolling thin plate production, and through scaling test, corrosion test and dynamic simulating test, the corrosion and scale inhibitors are selected. After one year’s application, the results showthat the selected formula has very good scale and corrosion inhibiting performances.
