摘要

叙述了啤酒厂生产废水的水质特征,并以石家庄市珠江啤酒有限公司为例介绍了啤酒废水处理工艺流程,并对主要构筑物和处理效果进行了说明,对几种工艺技术经济指标进行了对照。经过半年的实践证明,该工艺对啤酒废水有很好的处理效果,处理后的废水能够稳定达标排放,而且该工艺布局合理,操作性强,工程投资和运行费用较低,无二次污染,是一种非常实用的啤酒废水处理技术。

Abstract

The characteristic of the wastewater produced from the brewery is expounded. An example is taken fromShijiazhuang Zhujiang brewery Co., Ltd. and its brewerywastewater disposal technological process is introduced. The main construction and disposal effect are illustrated. Several technological technique economic guidelines are compared. After half year’s practice, it proves that this technique has great effect of the brewery wastewater disposal. The disposed wastewater reaches the standard and can discharge into the river directly. What’more, this technique has rational distribution and easy operation and relatively low running cost in the project investment and transportation. It also has no secondary pollution. So this is a very practical brewery wastewater disposal technique.
