摘要

采用静态法考察新型反渗透阻垢剂YSM-11的性能,结果表明该阻垢剂对CaCO3和CaSO4垢都有较高的阻垢率,对钙离子容忍度高、药剂使用量低,且对硅垢也有较好阻垢效果。与国内常用进口阻垢剂大湖135对比,YSM-11是一种高性价比的环保型反渗透阻垢剂,完全能代替进口药剂应用于反渗透系统。

Abstract

Scale-inhibition of a novel scale inhibitor YSM- 11 for reverse osmosis systems has been researched statically. The results show that the scale inhibitor YSM- 11 has both high inhibition rate against CaCO3 and CaSO4 scale and high tolerance for calcium ions at low dosage. It also has good effect on silica scale inhibition. Therefore,compared with the normal imported scale inhibitor Dahu135,YSM- 11 is an environmental favorable scale inhibitor with higher performance /price ratio,so it can substitute the normal imported scale inhibitors in reverse osmosis systems at all.
