摘要

水处理站双室阴离子交换器自投运以来周期一直不平稳,严重的制约着水处理站的经济运行。针对阴床运行中存在的问题,通过分析,进行了相应的操作调整及技术改造,最终延长了阴床制水周期。在节约物耗的同时,降低了生产成本,保障了装置长周期平稳运行。

Abstract

The running period is always unstable,since the double-room anion exchanger of the water treatment plant have restricted the economic running seriously. Aiming at the existing problems,the operation adjustment and technical improvement are carried out through analysis. At last the periods of the anion bed water making are prolonged. While lessening the material consumption,the cost of production is reduced,ensuring that the equipment runs steadily and chronically.
