摘要

采用内电解—MBR工艺对制药废水进行处理研究,内电解法作为预处理主要降低有机污染物污染负荷,同时可以转化难降解有机物抑制的毒性,提高废水的可生化性。MBR工艺具有污泥浓度高、抗冲击负荷能力强、降解充分、降解速率高,对难降解物质也可使之分解去除的特点。通过试验研究得出在原水COD为12000mg/L左右时,内电解对该废水COD去除率可达40%左右,MBR的出水可使COD<300mg/L。

Abstract

Internal electrolysis-MBR(membrane bioreactor) has been used for treating pharmacy wastewater as a study. The internal electrolysis process mainly reduces organic contaminant as a kind of pretreatment. It can also lower toxicity of hard-degradable organic contaminant and improve its biodegradability. The MBR process has advantages such as high sludge concentration, strong ability of shock loading resistance, high biodegradable rate and sufficient degradability. It can also degrade hard-biodegradable contaminant. When the COD of crude water is about 12 000 mg/L, the removal rate of internal electrolysis can reach 40%, and the COD of MBR effluent is below 300 mg/L.
