摘要

采用均相沉淀法制备了半导体纳米材料α-Fe2O3。通过XRD﹑TEM等手段对该材料进行了分析。研究了烧结温度、光催化剂的用量、光照等因素对催化剂光催化降解活性染料的影响。并用红外和紫外的分析方法验证了光催化降解效果。结果表明,在适当的用量和350℃烧结并在紫外光照射下,α-Fe2O3对活性染料B-RN蓝﹑活性艳兰K-NR有极强的光催化降解活性。

Abstract

Semiconductor nanometer material α-Fe2O3 has been prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. Its microstructure and morphology are analyzed by XRD, TEM. The active brilliant blue K-NR and active dye BRN are degraded by α-Fe2O3. The influence of roasting temperature and dosage of photocatalyst and illumination on the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation is studied. The results of photocatalytic degradation are analyzed by TR and UV. The results reveal that α-Fe2O3 has very high photocatalytic activity to active brilliant blue K-NR and active dye B-RN. The condition is that photocatalyst has seasonable dosage and is roasted at 350 ℃. UV light is used in photocatalytic degradation.
