摘要

厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)是一种间歇运行的高速厌氧生物反应器,污泥颗粒化、非稳态运行和反应与沉淀集于一体等重要特征,为其高效的固液分离提供了条件。试验考察了ASBR反应器在MLSS为9.0-30g/L,进水OLR(COD)为=3-10g/(L.d),进水F/M(COD)为0.19-1.1g/(g.d)时,对其颗粒污泥沉降性能的影响因素。结果表明,ASBR表现出优良的沉降性能,影响污泥ZSV和SV、SVI的主要因素是MLSS,ZSV和SV、SVI对MLSS呈现出较好的相关性。而进水F/M与SV和ZSV、SVI之间无明显的变化规律。

Abstract

Anaerobic squencing batch reactors is an efficient solid-liquid separation device because of granular sludge, non-stable operating and reacting and settling within one reactor. In this experiment, the effects on settling performance of granular sludge in the ASBR have been investigated at the ranges of MLSS 9.0~30 g/L, OLR(COD) 3~10 g/(L·d), F/M(COD) 0.19~1.1 g/(g·d).The results showthat the ASBR has good settling performance. MLSS is the most important factor influenting SV, ZSV and SVI, and there are relativities between MLSS and SV, ZSV, SVI. But F/Mdoes not have obvious changing rules with SV, ZSV and SVI.
