甲醛生产中循环冷却水化学处理的研究

摘要

通过对3种有机缓蚀阻垢剂及3种灭藻杀菌剂的筛选,研究了用化学方法处理甲醛生产中循环水系统的结垢和腐蚀问题。生产实践表明,在甲醛生产循环冷却水处理系统中,采用m(TS-609)∶m(HEDP)为1∶2,m(优氯净)∶m(JN-2)为1∶1的有机复合水处理剂、浓缩倍数为3.5、QM/QR=8.3%、QB/QR=6.3%、水中阻垢缓蚀剂总质量浓度为12mg/L等操作参数,不仅在阻垢缓蚀方面取得了明显效果,而且可大幅度节省水的消耗。

Abstract

Through the selection of 3 kinds of organic corrosion and scale inhibitors, and 3 kinds of biocide, the corrosion and scale problems of formaldehyde circulating water system treated with chemical method are studied. The production practice shows that it not only obtains obvious effect in the aspect of corrosion and scale inhibition, but also reduces the water consumption greatly through the technological conditions, which mix rate of organic composite water treatment chemicals of TS 609 to HEDP is 1 ∶ 2 and sodium dichloroisocyanurate to JN 2 is 1 ∶ 1, concentrating times is 3.5, QM to QR is 8.3%, QB to QR is 6.3%, all concentration of corrosion and scale inhibitor in water is 12 mg/L and so on, are adopted in circulating cooling water system of formaldehyde process.
