摘要

在油气井的修井和酸化作业过程中,修井液泄露、油气井内固态物清除及设备冲洗、冷却和润滑等均会产生大量污水,通过分析作业污水的特点,介绍了ZYS-10作业污水处理装置的研究情况。重点介绍了它的主要结构组成、结构特点和它们的工作原理,并将该装置在某油气田的试验情况和运行情况作了简要介绍,指出了它在油气田和其他工业水处理领域的使用与推广价值。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of work-over fluid leakage when the work-over and acidification operation are carried on at the oil gas well; and the bring about of a lot of wastewater when the clean-up of soild matter in oil gas, well and the flushing, cooling and lubricating of equipment are taking place, the characteristics of the working wastewater is analyzed. The present situation of researches on ZYS-10 working wastewater treatment system is introduced. The main system structure, features and operating principles are also introduced emphathically. The experiment and running situations of the system at certain oil gas well are introduced briefly. Its values of application and popularization in oil gas fields and in other industrial water treatment fields are pointed out.
