摘要

用HCl、H2SO4等试剂对粉煤灰进行改性,制得粉煤灰吸附混凝剂,研究了改性粉煤灰对含非离子表面活性剂-烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)废水处理的一般规律。结果表明,以n(HCl)∶n(H2SO4)=1∶1的混合液为改性剂改性的粉煤灰对含OP-10废水具有良好的吸附性能,在含OP-10质量浓度为300~1800mg/L,改性粉煤灰质量浓度为200g/L,粉煤灰的粒径范围为74~83μm,pH为1~3的实验条件下,OP-10的去除率<92%。

Abstract

The ability of fly ash to remove non-ion surfactants OP 10 from wastewater has been investigated.The results show that fly ash modified by the modification reagent of n(HCl) ∶ n(H2SO4) = 1 ∶ 1 is effective to adsorb environmental harmful substance OP 10 in wastewater. When the concentration of OP 10 is 300 ~ 1 800 mg/L in the wastewater, the amount of modified fly ash used is 200 g/L and the particle size is 74 ~ 83 μm, under pH 1~3 experimental condition, the efficiency of OP 10 removal rate is above 92%.
