摘要

对活性染料活性艳橙-KR的脱色、絮凝条件及光催化的条件进行了研究。活性艳橙-KR经过铁粉处理后,调节pH,絮凝沉降后,再经过光催化氧化降解,其COD的去除率可达到85%~92%,由于铁粉的加入,溶液中加入了铁离子,使得TiO2作为光催化氧化催化剂的催化作用增强,这是一种有效的降解方法,对实际生产有实用价值。

Abstract

The decolouration, flocculation and photocatalysis conditions of the activated dye, activated Brilliant Orange KR have been studied. After it is treated by iron powder, the pH value is adjusted, and flocculation is sedimentated, the activated Brilliant Orange KR should be treated by photocatalysis and oxidation degradation. Then, its COD removal rate can reach 85% ~ 92%. The catalysis of TiO2, which is used as photocatalysis oxidation catalyst, is reinforced due to the additing of iron powder, and forming Fe ions in the solution. Therefore, this is an efficient degradation. It is practical for production.
