摘要

为解决炼油厂循环冷却水因各种油品污染而造成浓缩倍数偏低的问题,通过静态阻垢试验、含油条件下的缓蚀试验和与杀菌剂配伍性能试验,筛选出一套适应于炼油厂循环冷却水含油条件下的高浓缩倍数处理方案。经动态模拟评定试验和现场应用结果表明:该方案具有良好的阻垢缓蚀性能和除油杀菌效果。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of lower refinery circulating cooling water concentration caused by some kinds of oil pollution, the high concentration treatment scheme to refine oil-bearing circulating cooling water has been selected through static scale inhibition experiment, and corrosion inhibition experiment in the conditions of containing oil and the experiment cooperated with bactericide. The medium dynamic simulated experiment and the application result show that the scheme has good corrosion and scale inhibition performance and has good efficiency to remove oil and bacteria.
