摘要

针对化工循环冷却水系统水质特点及运行现状,在实验室考察了预膜药剂浓度、pH、时间三因素对预膜效果的影响,并在试验基础上确定三因素的范围。同时摸索了预膜时的Ca2+浓度及pH调节方式。针对预膜过程中Cu2+高的问题,采用补加BTA的方式以降低Cu2+对预膜的不良影响。最后提出了一个合理有效的开工预膜方案。

Abstract

Aiming at the characteristic of water quality and the running situation of the chemical circulating cooling water system,the effect of the three factors (the concentration of pre-film agent,pH and time)on the pre-film result hasbeen investigated in lab.Then,the range of the three factorshasbeen confirmed.At the same time,the concentration of Ca2+ and the way to adjust pH when pre-film iscarrying on have been probed.Since the Cu2+ is high in the processof pre-filming,BTA is added to it in order to decrease the bad influence.At the end,reasonable and effective pre-film running plan isput forward.
