摘要

在实验室小试的基础上对漂染废水进行了中试试验研究,结果表明:采用漂洗废水特效一体化废水处理设备为核心,同时结合二级过滤处理的工艺流程对漂洗后废水进行处理,经处理后废水CODCr仅为92~138mg/L,pH为6.3,SS为20mg/L,将处理后废水全部回用于生产,对漂洗结果无影响且具有良好的经济效益。

Abstract

China University of Tethnology,Guangzhou510640,China) Based on experimentsin lab,pilot-plant study of the bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment hasbeen carried on.The result showsthat after the technology which includesthe pivotal facility of highly efficient in-tegral wastewater treating equipment isused,in combination with the two-stage sand filtration,to treat thiskind of wastewater,the COD Cr of the treated wastewater isonly92~138mg/L,itspH value is6.3,and the suspended solid is20mg/L.All of the treated water can be reused.It doesn't have any ill effect,but makesgood economic profits.
