在实验室小试的基础上对漂染废水进行了中试试验研究，结果表明:采用漂洗废水特效一体化废水处理设备为核心，同时结合二级过滤处理的工艺流程对漂洗后废水进行处理，经处理后废水COD_Cr仅为92～138mg/L，pH为6.3，SS为20mg/L，将处理后废水全部回用于生产，对漂洗结果无影响且具有良好的经济效益。
