摘要

对白腐真菌生化降解焦化废水的效果进行了初步探讨,试验结果表明,白腐真菌可以有效降解焦化废水中的COD物质。在焦化废水中加入一定量的营养物质,能提高CODCr去除率;投加一定量的木质素时,诱发了白腐真菌对芳香化合物的共代谢降解方式,白腐真菌的生化降解速度得到有效提高;木质素与营养物质同时投加时,由于它们具有良好的协同作用,使白腐真菌降解焦化废水的效果达到最佳,4d后CODCr去除率为82%。

Abstract

The biodegradation of coke plant wastewater by white rot fungus is investigated primarily. The results show that white rot fungus could remove CODCr in coke plant wastewater. The biodegradation can be improved greatly by the addition of some nutriment. The addition of lignin can induce the white rot fungus to biodegrade aromatic substances by co-metabolism and then the biodegradation rate becomes much greater. While two of them are added at the same time, the best efficiency could be obtained because of the synergism and 4 days later CODCr removal rate is up to 82%.
