混凝气浮过滤处理机械加工废水的试验研究

摘要

机械加工废水是严重的水体污染源之一,水质具有含油多,可生化性差等特点。采用混凝气浮-过滤为主体工艺,对哈轴集团一厂区的生产废水进行了生产性试验研究。试验结果表明:在进水COD和油类分别为400mg/L和200mg/L的情况下,出水水质分别达到了60mg/L和10mg/L,去除率高达85%和95%。经济分析表明:废水的运行成本为1.4元/t,具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract

As one of serious pollution source, the wastewater from the mechanical industry contains lots of oil that is not readily degradable. A full-scale experiment is carried out to treat the wastewater in the 1st plant of the Harbin Bearing Group Company, in which the coagulation and air-flotation and filtration are used as the main treatment process. The experiment result indicates that: when the COD and oil of primary water is 400 mg/L and 200 mg/L, the COD and oil of outlet water is 60 mg/L and 10 mg/L, the removal rate is 85% and 95% respectively. The economic analysis indicates that the running cost of the project is 1.4 $/t and the benefit is prominent.
