摘要

利用炼油催化剂厂废水玻璃母液和其他成分合成了絮凝剂RP-001,用于综合废水处理.试验了RP-001的絮凝特性及影响因素,并与聚合氯化铝(PAC)的絮凝效果进行比较.实验结果表明,RP-001用于废水处理具有处理效果好,处理水温和pH适用范围宽,絮体形成速度快,絮粒密度大,沉降速度快等特点,对悬浮物的去除率大于97%.

Abstract

The compound coagulant RP - 001 has been prepared with the wastewater of soluble glass mother liquor in the petroleum catalyst factory and some other elements to treat the wastewater synthetically. The characteristic and influential factors of RP - 001 have been tested and compared with the coagulating effect of polyaluminum chloride(PAC). Flocculation tests demonstrate that the RP - 001 is a satisfactory coagulant for wastewater treatment. It has a lot of characteristics, such as the good treatment effect, the wide pH apply range and treatment temperature, the fast coagulation rate, the great coagulation grain density and the fast settlement speed, etc. The ratio of removing suspended-matter has exceeded 97 percent.
