摘要

对镇海炼化公司原油码头的压舱水和油罐脱水等主要污水的组成进行分析研究,对原油码头污水处理装置运行过程中存在的问题进行深入的了解,找出了难生化处理的高氯含油压舱水和氧化塘的菌藻过度繁殖是影响原油码头污水处理达标排放的关键,并进行了针对性的实验室试验和现场试验,提出了原油码头污水优化处理方案,为原油码头污水处理技术改造提供了依据.

Abstract

The composition of ballast and oil pot dehydration of ZRCC′s crude oil dock has been investigated. A number of problems which affect wastewater discharge are found based on a survey of ZRCC′s crude oil dock wastewater treatment unit. The key factors are high chlorine oil-bearing ballast water and microbe′s exorbitant propagation in oxidation pool. The pertinent laboratory and industry experiments are done in order to improve the wastewater treatment effect. It puts forward some suggestions and optimized treatment scheme.
