摘要

印钞综合废水的进水水质波动较大,有机物浓度及色度高,针对该废水的水质特点,选择以水解酸化和好氧生物处理为主的处理工艺,结合辅助化学沉淀方法.该项目设计规模为1100m3/d,进水CODCr质量浓度平均为330mg/L,最高达到1600mg/L,连续运行表明,出水的CODCr质量浓度平均在20mg/L左右,最高为74mg/L,其余指标均达到相关标准.表明该处理工艺对印钞综合废水的处理具有较好的针对性,达到了设计要求.

Abstract

The banknote-printing wastewater has highly concentrated organic matter with high colourity. Through investigation and analysis, hydrolytic-acidification and aerobic process, adding chemical sedimentation technology has been chosen. The scale of this treatment is 1 100 m3/d, and the average influent CODCr is 330 mg/L, the maximum is 1 600 mg/L. After the treatment, the average effluent CODCr is 21 mg/L, the maximum is 74 mg/L, and the other results have also reached the requirement. It is shown that this process is more suitable for the banknate-printing wastewater treatment and the outlet water meets the national discharge standard and design requirement.
