摘要

介绍了浅除盐技术的原理,运用浅除盐技术可以使锅炉软化水进一步提质为浅除盐水.工程实际运行表明:炉水碱度及溶解固形物质量浓度分别从改造前的30mmol/L和3800mg/L降到8~10mmol/L和2500~2800mg/L,炉水的pH可稳定在10~12之间,能满足国家标准中对低压锅炉炉水水质要求;锅炉排污率可从原先的25%降至16.5%,因此浅除盐技术可以实现锅炉的稳定运行,提高蒸汽质量,同时还降低了运行费用.

Abstract

The technology of shallow desalting in the feed-water treatment is briefly introduced. This technology can upgrade the boiler soft-water and form shallow desalting water. The practice shows that the values of alkalinity and dissolved salt are reduced from 30 mmol/L and 3 800 mg/L to 8 ~ 10 mmol/L and 2 500 ~ 2 800 mg/L respectively, and the value of pH varies between 10 and 12, which meets the national water quality standard of the low-pressure boiler. At the same time, the pollutant discharge rate is reduced from 25% to 16.5%.So the technol-ogy of shallow desalting can work steadily, the steam quality can be improved and the running cost lowered.
