摘要

炼油厂冷却器的介质泄漏是造成循环冷却水水质异常的主要原因.当泄漏介质为液态油料时,使循环水的浊度增加.当泄漏介质为气态(石油炼厂气)时,对水质影响较大,不仅会导致浊度上升,pH还会降低.当系统使用的水稳剂属于“有机磷-锌”系配方时,总磷和锌离子的浓度还会出现大幅度的变化.

Abstract

It is about the harmful effect of heat-exchanger leaking on cooling water quality. The mechanism is analyzed too. It shows that liquid oil such as gasoline and diesel oil can increase the turbidity, and gaseous medium containing H2S can decrease pH and Zn2+ as well as increase the total phosphate.
