无机膜-SBR法处理油脂工业碱炼洗涤废水的研究

摘要

膜技术用于废水处理正在得到推广应用,目前仍有一些问题尚待解决。SBR是序批式间歇活性污泥法的简称,具有运行灵活简便等特点,尤其适用于小水量、高浓度废水的处理。油脂工业碱炼洗涤废水较难处理,该工艺采用无机膜过滤作预处理,除去大部分油类物质,滤液进行SBR二级生化处理,获得了满意的效果。在实验的基础上确定了主要工艺参数:无机膜孔径0.20μm,利用在线气液反冲和停机酸碱清洗相结合方式控制膜的污染,SBR曝气时间4h,污泥负荷0.5kg/kg·d。

Abstract

The membrane filtration technology is being widely used in wastewater treatment. There has been some problems unsolved yet. The sequencing batch reactor(SBR) which has a lot of advantages is suitable for treating high concentration wastewater. The technology disposing the wastewater from edible-oil production by inorganic membrane filtration-SBR process is suggested. The main technical parameters are determined through experiments: 0.2 μm pore size of inorganic membrane, 4 h of aeration time, 0.5 kg/(kg·d) of sludge loading, mem-brane pollution being controlled by the style of online back washing combined with stopping to wash machines
