摘要

炼油厂汽提废水因含有较高浓度的酚和COD,会对污水处理场产生冲击,若能对其进行分流处理使之达到排放标准,则可以消除它对水环境的污染。研究结果表明,采用二段曝气生物滤池工艺对其进行处理,第一段BAF主要培养降酚菌,第二段BAF主要培养硝化菌,控制总处理时间为5h,气水比为7,其他控制条件适宜,可以确保处理后的出水酚、COD、石油类、硫化物和NH-N等各项污染指标达到国家规定的污水排放标准,具有很好的环境效3益和社会效益。

Abstract

Wastewater discharged from stripping tower, containing highly concentrated phenol and COD, can bump against the wastewater treatment plant. If it can reach the discharge standard by diffluent treatment, pollution to water environment can be removed. The experiment results show that the effluent concentration for phenol, COD, oil, sulphide and NH3-N can be ensured to reach the stipulated discharge standard and create great environmental and social benefits with the two-stage BAF which mainly cultivates degrading-phenol bacteria in the first-stage reactor and nitrifying bacteria in the second-stage under the hydraulic retention time of 5 h and air/water ratio of 7, meanwhile the other associated conditions are properly controlled.
