水的磁处理防垢与除垢的研究

摘要

正交磁场的反复作用可有效地防止水垢的生成,选择合适的磁场强度和水的流速能得到最佳的磁处理效果 ;水的pH值、离子的种类与浓度等能影响磁处理防垢的效果,磁处理也能影响成垢物质的结晶速率、晶型、晶体大小和数目、水的 pH值等。目前的定量研究很少,而定量研究是建立完整的防垢理论的基础与关键 ;它应是磁处理防垢领域研究的重要方向之一。磁与光一样是能量,在磁处理防垢领域中也应存在一些定量的规律,正如光在化学反应中有定量的规律一样。

Abstract

The repeated exposure of w ater in the o rthogonal mag netic field can ef fectively prevent the water from scaling, and an optimum ef fect can be obtained when the suitable magnetic field st reng th and water flow velocity are chosen.The pH value of water, types and concentration of ions and so on can influence the results of magnetic treatment, and the magnetic treatment can also influence crystallizat ion ratio, types, size and numbers of the crystalline, the pH value of w ater.There is a few quantitat ive studies at present, but the quantitative studies is the base and key to set up a series of integrated and perfect theory and model.So it should be one of the most important researching directions in this area.Since both magnetism and light are energy, some quantitative rules should exist in the magnet ic t reatment for the anti-scaling just like the light in the chemical reaction.
