摘要

以天然高分子植物胶粉F691为原料,经过改性后,制得具有絮凝、缓蚀、杀菌等多种功能的水处理药剂FIQ—C。研究了各种因素对合成的影响,并设计正交实验找出了最佳反应条件。结果表明,当反应温度为 50℃,反应时间为 2h,氢氧化钠投加量 (按胶粉量 )为 0.4g/g,投料比为 1 6时,制成的药剂相对粘度>3.0 (0.5 % ),阳离子取代度可达 55 %以上,高分子的结构经红外光谱得到确证。且FIQ—C具有良好的絮凝、缓蚀、杀菌性能。

Abstract

The multifunction w ater treatment reagent FIQ -C has been synthesized through chemical modification with the natural polymer F691 powder.Factors af fecting the preperation are studied and the best reaction conditions are found by the optimizat ion experiment s.Experimental result s show :the relative viscosi ty is up to 3.1 (0.5 %)and the density of cationic quaternary ammonium g roup is up to 55 %w hen the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, the reaction time is two hours, NaOH (to F691)is 0.4 g/g and the feeding ratio of the raw material is 1.6.The structures of polymers are characterized by FTIR method.FIQ -C had good efficiency of f locculation, corrosion inhibition and scal inhibition.
