摘要

利用混凝沉淀法和自行研制的氧化絮凝复合床法联合处理了高浓度的油漆废水。实验了多种化学混凝剂及多种催化剂对废水中有机污染物去除率的影响,选取了最佳催化剂和最佳化学混凝剂。对油漆厂原有废水处理工艺进行了大的改造。结果表明:化学混凝沉淀法及氧化絮凝复合床法与后续生化法串联处理,其工艺经济实用、处理效果好、稳定性高,处理后的水质完全符合排放标准。

Abstract

Paint wastewater of high concentration was treated by coagulation-flocculation and the self-designed OFR.The effect of different coagulants and catalysts on the removal of organic contaminants in the wastewater was tested and the optimal coagulant and catalyst were determined.The former treatment system of the paint manufacturer was innovated by the combined technique of cagulation-flocculation OFR and the follow-up biochemical treatment.The results shows that the new process was economical and practical,with the character of hig h efficiency,high stability.The treated effluent meets the discharge standard.
