摘要

厦门GM国际有限公司羽绒洗涤污水处理设施原设计处理能力300t/d, 现经技术改造, 采用混凝-沉淀-兼性生物膜氧化沟-生物接触氧化处理工艺, 增加占地面积22%, 设施处理能力增加2.56倍, 达到1280t/d, 生产过程排出的污水全部得到处理, 而且处理出水水质有较大提高, 优于一级排放标准;采用切实可行的回用节水技术, 处理出水全部回用于生产和绿化浇灌、厕所及地面冲洗, 基本实现“零排放”;每年节水达60.48万t, 取得显著的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益

Abstract

The treatment capacity of the plume cleansing foul water treatment facilities designed by Xiamen GM International CO., Ltd.was 300t/d originally.In the technical innovation, coagulation-precipitation-compatible anaerobic and oxygenic biomembrane oxidation ditch-biological contact oxidation treatment technology have been used.The area occupied has increased22%, facility treating capacity has increased 2.56times, reaching1280t/d.The foul water from production is treated completely.The effluent quality is improved, better than the Discharge Standard,Grade 1.All the effluent is recycled, being used in production, irrigating plants, cleaning lavatories and floors, and realizing"zero drainage"basically, since this technical innovation has been put into practice.604.8 thousand tons water is saved every year.The economic, social and environmental benefit are all remarkable.
