摘要

通过自制的平板膜对沧州炼油厂热电厂水处理车间反渗透设备的膜污染进行了研究,经电镜扫描与EDX能谱分析,测出RO膜膜面C、O、Ca和Si等元素的分布情况,确定膜面上的主要污染物是胶体的污染物、微生物污染物以及一定量的SiO2颗粒,其中胶体污染物的主要成分是Si、Al、Fe和一定量的有机物。针对其特殊的膜污染物质选择了恰当清洗剂、合理的清洗工艺,快速恢复了其设备的膜通量。

Abstract

This paper introduces the reasons and causes of RO membrane fouling including looking closely at the foulants with the small self-made plate membrane equipment at Heat and Power Plant of Cangzhou Refinery.It also introduces the determination of the appropriate cleaning method for a particular foulant and the choosing of the most appropriate cleaner for membranes and their foulants and chemical cleaning programs.The cleaning process and fast flux level recovery are also both explained .
